• Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.

• Notification Requirement: To request a change in travel dates (prepone or postpone), clients must notify us at least 15 days prior to their original journey date via email or SMS, Whatsapp.

• 50% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
• By 25 days prior to the date of departure of the tour 100% of the total tour cost is to be paid
• Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
• In case of cancellation standard cancellation policies will be applicable or may be changed as per the policies.

• In case of cruises, 100% of the cruise cost to be paid at the time of booking & will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, irrespective of time of cancellation.
• At the time of receipt of advance, a receipt voucher to be issued by and taxes to be paid.
